I love the effect used by Pedro of placing gigantic holographic X’s over the systems Chen wants to access. It’s a great visual, tells us everything we need to know, I believe it’s a function I wouldn’t be surprised if it existed already, and it reminds me of Family Feud. So there’s a lot to like about today’s update.
Well, having someone else’s comms can be an advantage.
I love that when Chen suddenly gets access to both the Adams’ and the Bone Skippers comm systems, he goes straight into “work mode” like the intrusion into his space didn’t happen. It’s a fun side of his personality, and maybe OCD, that’s shared with the readers.
